Set Video As Your Desktop Wallpaper

1. Open vlc media player then go to tool > preferences.

2. Now select Video on the left panel.

3. Then select the Directx video output on the right side of the panel and save.

4. Then restart vlc and play any video you would like to set as wallpaper.

5. Now click on video tab then select set as wallpaper or DirectX Wallpaper.

  6. Now minimize vlc and you can see your video is running as wallpaper.
